Once a custom colored pencil commission is purchased, I will send a follow up email to collect additional information:

1. Timeline - If there is a specific date that you need your commission completed by, then please discuss this with me before purchasing by emailing me or submitting a contact form. Colored pencil work is very time consuming. I only complete 1-2 colored pencil commissions per month, and I'm booking commissions 6 months out. So please be prepared to wait up to 6 months for your commission after ordering it: I will confirm the timeline shortly after your purchase. However, if my current timeline for colored pencil drawings does not fit your needs, please consider a colored pencil/watercolor mixed media piece, which has a faster turnaround time.
2. High resolution images - It is helpful to provide a few different options. If you have an album of photos and are having a hard time narrowing down the photos, please send them all over and I will be more than happy to offer my input! If you are commissioning something that you do not have a photo of, please let me know so that I can help find reference photos that are free for commercial use.
3. Progress Updates - Once it's time to start your commission, I will first send you a sketch of the layout. Once the layout is approved, I will continue working on your commission until it is complete! I will send you periodic photo updates (unless you request for the finished product to be a surprise). Once you approve the final photo, I will ship your commission securely to you through USPS Priority Mail.
